Terms of Service


This warranty is limited to Meizu brand smart phones In the event of any conflict between this policy and national laws and regulations, the latter shall prevail.


· Performance defects that are not the result of damage caused by users are eligible for free repairs for 12 months from the date of purchase.in the absence of valid proof of purchase, the warranty period shall be calculated as 90days from the date of manufacture.

· Out-of-warranty repairs and repairs for damages arising from unauthorised disassembly/repair are subject to a fee.


Manufacturer Warranty Description and Conditions

The warranty does not cover


· Unauthorised modification,disassembly,or repair .

· Accidental user damage resulting from component oxidation, dropping the device.improper voltage input,excessive pressure, main board deformation, etc.

· Damage from improper installation, use, maintenance, or storage, e.9. third-party cables and adapters or software, improper testing, or connecting to incompatible devices or non-compliant devices not authorised by Meizu.

· Products that differ from the product model specified on the warranty certificate or a modified warranty certificate.

· Damage resulting from force majeure (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
